How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the “Ways to Earn” section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account and click the “Rewards” floating button at the bottom right of the store. In the “Ways to Redeem” section, you can use points to claim physical gifts with your order. Additionally, for logged-in users, your checkout page will automatically show how much you can offset using points, and you can choose whether to use points to reduce the total cash payment.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be displayed in your profile (My Profile). You can also check your points balance through the dedicated Rewards window at the bottom right corner of the store.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 365 days. If there’s no activity in your account for one year, your points will expire.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after they are activated in your account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! We will send your birthday discount code via email, so please check the Vapepie Club official mailbox.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
